Day 4 - Hamburger Watch

Day 4 - Hamburger Watch.

It is very interesting that while three of the four burgers are dry to the touch, the Wendy's burger is sweating even more today than yesterday. Also, under all the burgers the buns are not sticky, as they were yesterday, but are still a little moist.

Watching over these hamburgers has become something similar to watching grass grow. Nothing will happen fast enough to make headlines. Stay tuned, I think one of the burgers is about to change colors (more of a fade by about .000001%). lol

Day 3 - Hamburger Watch

Day 3 - Hamburger Watch.

Things might be starting to get interesting now. The Wendy's burger seems to be sweating. In the picture below on the left (with the Wendy's wrapper) you can see a reflection off the little droplets. Also, the buns under the hamburger is now sticky.

The burgers have all had some shrinkage since this project began and the smell of hamburger is now barely noticeable.

There is nothing scarier than a burger that won't die. I will be posting more specific details about these burgers beginning Monday. Have a safe Halloween everyone!

Day 2 - Hamburger Watch

Halloween Weekend is here and what better way to start than with some scary hamburgers.

Day 2 and there really is little to report. All hamburger buns, under the burger, are still moist and I did notice that the Burger King and Wendy'd burgers seem to be curling a little.
Also, the smell of hamburgers is gone, except when I move them to take pictures.

Anyone hungry? Back again tomorrow with the Day 3 update.

Day 1 - Hamburger Watch

I feel like singing 99 bottles of beer on the wall, except with hamburgers. The test mentioned in my other blog "A Healthier You Too" is now over thirty hours old. I have pictures uploaded, taken hours earlier, which were delayed because my computer gave me a scare when it decided not to turn on. Resolved!

The smell of hamburger was in the air all day, but nothing else really to note. I have them setting in my office in the basement. I inspected the burgers and discovered that all the buns under the burgers were still soft with varying degrees of moistness.

I don't expect much to report for a few days. These burgers don't seem to be changing much.

My goal is to publish pictures every night with a local paper to reference for the date and to do a simple inspection of the burgers and the buns. Smell, mold and consistency. I will also try for some clearer and more detailed pictures by adding some additional light sources. If any burger must be discarded, I will detail with pictures and descriptions.

Stay tuned!
