Empowering Every Woman

3 Powerful days that will change your life

May 28 - 30, 2010 - Illinois
led by Dr. Zaahir Hendricks

A private program for 24* women.

Are you ready to live the life of a visionary woman, empowered to achieve all your personal, financial and career goals?

Just a couple days left for my friends to find the key and click for additional savings. http://superb-living.com/vew.html May 21st is the last day to register for this powerful program.

This program was developed by Dr. Zaahir Hendricks who saw a need based on his experience with his patients and his studies that began in his younger days when he experienced first hand the pressure society puts upon us to accept less of ourself (brainwashing).

Who is Dr. Zaahir Hendricks? Dr. Z, as he is affectionately known, grew up in Cape Town, South Africa during the oppressive era of apartheid. Determined not to accept the mental shackles that were holding back many around him, he came to America to get an education. In 1996 he received his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) Degree and continued his studies & research in self development, leadership, emotional release, empowerment and success principles.

Dr. Z is an Inspirational Speaker, Author, Mindset Coach and Wellness Physician. Aside from his speaking engagements, he runs a successful family practice where he treats and is loved by all his patients, children and adults alike. He has been sharing with me his experience and knowledge of the professional speaking market, as well as many other things related to the Internet and building websites. Because of my time in his office, I have seen first hand his wonderful bedside manner and true concern for all his patients.

This reminder is only to insure that you don't miss out on the current savings that may not be offered again. A home study course is being developed and will be available later in the year. The program will also be offered in September.

Creating Friend Lists

Hello Everyone,

I created this blog because as my friends know... I have a lot to say and because I have been asked for tips on how I plan to keep up with all my new friends.
With my many new friends on Facebook (You can never have enough friends.) it has created for me the need to reorganize and limit some of my activities, because of new opportunities.
"Friends" groups have become a necessity to keep up with the many friends I have. You don't have any groups created? On the left of your wall click "Friends" (when you have groups created, a list will appear underneath to click on so you see only those friends posts on your wall). I have groups ("Lists") for "Family", "Toastmasters", "PWSA Friends" and soon I will create "Farmville" and "CafeWorld" groups.

How to:
Go into "Account" on the top right of your wall.
Select "Edit Friends"
On the left under "Lists", select "Friends".
At the top click on "Create New List"
At the top of the pop-up box "Enter a Name" for your group where it says Enter a Name.
Now scroll down in the pop-up box to find the friends for the list and click on those friends.
Click on "Create List" at the bottom of the box.
Congratulations! You have now created a Friend list.
Note: After closing the pop-up box, you can still add more friends on this page which might make it easier if you are a big fan of "Like" (Fan) pages. (The pop-up box will include all friends, groups & pages.) Your groups/lists can be changed anytime. Also, when you get friend requests, just before you confirm you can add them to a list.

Please post a comment and let me know if this was useful. At 50, I need all the encouragement I can get (LOL).

See you on "The Wall". Terry
